The services of the Studio are particularly aimed at strengthening long-term business patrimonies.
Our modern industrial world is ever more dynamic and scenarios evolve rapidly, due to this evolution companies are destined to be sold, surrendered or inter-exchanged with shares or stock by other companies much more frequently than an even recent past.
The invested patrimony in business must be feasible in short terms, but its strengthening is planned in at least three years' time. Balance sheets must be very clear and prepared according to the national norms, but they must also keep in mind the European community and international norms.
The Studio has matured a ten-year experience in the preparation of evaluation estimates, both voluntary and requested by the Court.
The evaluations are a very important moment in the life of a company since they help to make evident the patrimony possessed by each partner under several aspects:
- they permit a motivated determination starting worth which can be sustained in the course of negotiations
- ever more often they are an indispensable condition in order to benefit from fiscal reductions regarding capital gain and re-evaluations
- they allow the partner to know how much of his patrimony is invested in the company object of the evaluation.
The experience and competence in the determination of the value of a company, of stock or branches of companies has been developed in diverse sectors also following nominations effected by the Court of Milan. |
