Dr. Lorenzo Cavalleri's studio opened in January 1992.
In the course of the preceding 10 years, the owner of the Studio had the opportunity to gain expertise at Dr. Luciano Meneghello's (generous but severe teacher) school.
In the beginning of the 1990's, the activity of the studio consistently grew to include all aspects pertaining to corporate affairs. It also furnished assistance to private citizens and participated in important hereditary cases and corporate patrimonial dissolutions.
The always strengthened collaboration with some of the major legal studios in Milan has allowed for a development in the specific work of Technical Consulting, principally as Unilateral Consultant, but also as Technical Consultants nominated by the court.

Along with the classical activity of balance sheets and periodical tax returns the Studio flanks the Client in the individualization of the best way to a long-term valorisation of their corporate patrimony by keeping a harmonious balance and functionality between private family patrimonies and patrimonies committed in business activities.
Particular attention is paid to the formation of a historical archive of main documents of patrimonial, civil and fiscal importance.
Today Studio Cavalleri follows a limited number of clients and collaborates with Lawyers, Notaries and with other Accountants to help the Client in the individualization of the ideal Professional to resolve every specific problem. |
